SMTP Server - mails get in spam folder with no reason?

Hi there. I've setup my own smtp server and I've done everything I can do to ensure that the messages will arrive in the inbox and not in spam. But in gmail & yahoo it always go in there..
I am going to give you the source of an example email and if you know where's the mistake in the headers please tell :)
I've checked my ip if it is blacklisted and it is not.
