Slider with recent updated posts in WP

Hi, I want a slider or even a shortcode plugin that provides slider.

The way it has to work is that it must have option to show posts that have been recently updated(edited), and latest posts.
And also posts from specific categories.

If anyone could suggest something, would be really great.
I have been trying since 4 days. No Luck!!

I used shortcodes ultimate a while ago, it had a carousel shortcode that showed the latest posts.
If you know php you could use owl carousel and make your own, that's what i use on my home page (link in signature).

Unfortunately I know only html and css. Never learned PHP.
I am using ultimate shortcode, but it doesn't exactly do what I need

Anyways, apart from this, your work on the site is really good. And lol, who doesn't love hentai haha :P
