Site title should be H1 or H2 Or H3 in post pages.?

I read somewhere that the site title in the home page should be H1.

I would like to know whether the site title in the post pages should be h1 or h2 or h3 or whatever, since there is already one h1 in the post page(i,e post heading)

One h1 in post page (post heading) is enough AND h2 for post description, h3 would be optional.
No need to put the site title in h1 in every page of your website, only the index page is enough.

H1 is heading or site title
H2 is post title or heading subtitle
H3 post title or subtitle if any

You should do it dynamically. On the homepage, use H1 for the main site title, h2 for the posts. On the post page, wrap the post title in H1.
