nice theme selected....

but yaar first of all banner needs to be changed n reduce the no of boards they are many n reduce the top 10 stats in hompepage lso.....
 
Site looks nice, you just need to sharped up your forums.

You have a ton of them set as categories when they should act as forums instead inside of one category. This will make your site alot cleaner looking and much shorter. By the time I got to the footer of your site I had forgotten what I had looked at at the top.

Definetly too lengthy.
Can be confusing.

Other than that I like the skin, and I think your site will do fine, good luck.

I don't like the banner , your link here box, mark forum read and new post box.
 
Remove the donation bar. People will donate if they want to, that bar does nothing but take up space.

Remove the advertisement. Your site is not big enough to have ads.

Like I said in the last review I did for your site, shorten up the forum dude. I don't understand why you have Downloads with Games, Apps, etc, and then a completely separate forum for Movies, Music, TVShows, etc. The ordering of your forums is 1.) randomized 2.) enlarged & 3.) confusing.
