where can i put this files of what folder here....

Follow the instructions in install.xml (extract mChat & open install.xml within firefox)

Copy all files in root folder to your root directory of phpbb and edit your files according the instructions in install.xml

----

Install it through automod may be quicker

backup your forum, so that the changes dont make any trouble
