Disappointed it took almost 24 hours for you to get a reply. 90% of people on this site could easily have answered this for you.

Good question. It depends on a number of factory.
  • How much traffic do you get
  • Does your PC Games Blog offer downloads or is it just a blog with information and reviews.
  • does your blog use a blogspot.com subdomain or do you own your own domain.
  • If it is a warez site with downloads what are your traffic sources
If your not getting much traffic your probably fine where you are. The content of your blog is important. If your offering downloads then your site could be reported at any time to Google (who owns Blogger) and it would be instantly suspended. What's worse about this is you'll lose everything. Now if you offer downloads and have your own domain the chance of your site getting reported is reduced slightly and if your site is suspended you can always get hosting and use a backup and redirect the domain to the new hosting so you'll only lose whatever has being posted since your last backup. That's why it's important to take regular backup's.
The other advantage of having your own domain and hosting is you can submit to the main DDL sites. This will help you get extra traffic.
Basically it all goes down to traffic. If your on less than 500 uniques a day your probably fairly safe but do thake regular backup's. If you've more I'd strongly advise moving.

Play it safe and get paid hosting if your offering downloads. Like happy said, if it's just reviews I wouldn't bother unless you want to look more professional with your own domain and hosting.

thank you for your answers.

Of Course I offer downloads that's how I'm planning to get some $$.

isn't having a paid domain (without paid hosting) enough to be able to submit to the main DDL sites?

I haven't officially run my blog yet so I'm very far from reaching this number.

I can't take the risk and get paid hosting right now, because I'm new in this domain and I don't even know if this whole thing (running a games download site) will work for me.

Do not waste time on blogger hosting matey, cause you will wake up one day and your blog will be removed and you will lose all you hard work. It happened to many big blogs like loaddown. You can't backup your db there...

Blogger will take too much time man..... You don't have to waste so much time to save some few bucks! buy a hosting from a well known company which allows warez hosting.... would be better if you also want to share some warez releases....

Couldn't give a better answer :D
