Is curently 1* at Katz.
Is old for 1 Month and 2 days :D
It has about 450 Submissions to Katz ( about 100 with Forum Name in URL)

Give me ur opinion , advice ... any suggestion will be welcome :D

I would say definitely you can go ahead and ask for a re-rate. All the best mate.

your forum looks kinda clean, and 1 month is enough to ask for a rerate. get a rerate and work on your forum a bit, get a nice banner and also work on the skin.

hez asking for a rerate from 1*, he'll work on the banner on the way to 5*, which i suppose, he should. Thats how every one learns how to make things work and improve their site/forum.
