Share a Dedicated Servers

Hi all,

This is my first post, so please, excuse my newbness

Here's my situation:
I have a dedicated server with multiple licensed software on it.
The server was required because of the speed.
I have a group of friends (around 5) who like to share the usage of the server with me.

How do I safely and evenly share access to the server to this group?
(they need to be able to use the software at the same time).

You could install a VNC on there, and create different users and put quotas. Without using virtualisation, it will be hard to limit CPU/RAM/network etc
