For 1GBit port in germany you need a Core 2 Quad and it will cost more than $150

in $130 you can get a 100MBit ATOM server with windows if its for personal use

Yes i agree with Shubhank if you want a dedicated 1Gbps port it will cost you 150$ + . You can go for OVH servers but speeds will be only 200Mbit as OVH policy are based on the Following

1Gbps - OVH 2 OVH
200Mbit - OVH 2 World
