Dedicated Server with normal HDD and SSD

Im searching for a server that has normal HDD for storage (1-2TB) and about 500 GB SSD. The server should have a 1 gbps port and 32 GB ram at least.
Windows trial for 180 days is all I need.
No preferences about the location. Budget ~ 50 EUR

If i am not wrong, His max budget is 50-60 EUR and he need 1Gbit port connection as well.
