Server management

Hello, I use full rooted server with CentOS 6.

The point is that I need a tool to control process, CPU & Ram usage, bandwith limits and monthly data transfer. Also some mail alerts will be much appreciated.

Do You have any suggestion and step-by-step tutorial? I'm a rookie when talk about Linux...

FS nu*led latest version - just look around.

There are literally 100s of those scripts around, some are probably open source as well. Just google.
