Send bulk email local server

Hi People ,

I have one Dell T51100 basic Server, with single mirroring hdd. After many try i have installed Cent OS 5.6 Stable version.

Following help needed.

I wanted to shoot bulk email, how can i achieve that ?
What sleep time for thread should i use in order to not get blocked ?

I may sound silly, but i am at very beginner stage. Please help me.

you can use amazon service to send email

you should be careful about a bunch of things when sending bulk mails, sending at a very fast pace would be treated as spam for most incoming mail servers
