I'm selling a web development / design and WordPress support service. The business has generated over 6,000 (USD) in profit in the last 3 years ($2,500 in 2020.)
The business includes a Fiverr account (WordPress support niche) where I have over $4,000 in net profits, level 2 status, and 100% positive reviews. The rest of the income is generated on my own site (which is also included.)
To be 100% transparent, the website has little traffic and the SEO is practically non-existent (so I won't bother showing traffic stats), I've never had time to work on this — most of the income on the website is generated via past Fiverr clients, word of mouth, or people I've contacted directly.
While I've been consistently earning around 2,000 dollars every year since I started the business; the monthly income is irregular at best — some months I can make a few hundred dollars and others I only make a few dollars.
I have a decent list of past customers and inquirers though; they can be approached with offers of web development and/or WordPress support. Because of health issues I've rejected several projects, so the income could've been much higher — because of this same reason, I've also been late to reply to messages often, which have lost me several potential customers for sure.
The reason I'm trying to sell the business is because I need quick money to help a family member pay for a surgery. I'm hoping to get at least 3,000 for the business, but I'm willing to listen to offers.
I can provide proof of ownership and income if anyone is interested. I'm also willing to use an escrow service for the transaction, as long as we split the commissions.

At the moment it's my only source of income, I can't risk it... and honestly, I also don't want people just asking to see it to get ideas or whatever.
