For this kind of site the design is not so important, but if you insist :P

The header is fine, the lack of content on the front page is a little strange. Maybe add further description, an image or even an advert. There seems to be a colour issue on google chrome with the footer. The footer fades to a darker black then the background. Maybe some sort of png fader would help fix this issue.

The speed is really great rapidshare.com came up instantaneously, I have no complaints here. (Europe).

Otherwise, good site! I'd recommend it as a proxy browser.

For some odd reason I don't like the domain.

I had to search the whole page before I found out where I could place the link.
It's filled up with ads and it's obvious what your goal is, and that is to earn a quick buck.

The footer is really ugly and the footer is a half page which is not necessary at all and it makes your site look very bad.

Work on the footer..

The proxy is good. Most proxy sites are filled with ads, so I can't honestly complain about that. Maybe a gap in your big ads above the address bar would be nice so that it's easier seen.
