scopehosts are they down atm?

Yeah they are normally very good, so maybe just a problem with the shared server.

Anyone here on the shared service with scopehost?

What time is scope's owner normally on their live support?
 
i did try contacting them through the support channels but no replies, that was over 12 hours ago.

is this hosting pretty much dead now? i am reading other threads on here saying that they are finished. My site has been fine with them for months without really any problem so i'd stuck with them, but a day of downtime is a not really the sign of a healthy host.
 
Can anyone comment on them as a host? I want another shared hosting account for redundancy and I was thinking of them...anyone?
 
yeah i have been with them for a few months, and this is the first bad downtime i've had. So i'd say there are pretty good for an offshore host.

However i've heard that the guy that runs it is not that involved with it now and the support is not good. If the site keeps running thats not a problem however if there is an issue as you can see it could maybe lead to days of downtime :(

I'm now looking for another host to switch to if scopehosts decides to die off.
