It has been pretty much a year since Google last had a penguin update.


Rumours have it that there is going to be one today or this week.

Would be interesting for sure and to see what changes. Which sites go up, which sites go down. If does, prepare for a lot of SEO moaning ;-)

30% of loss.. But I don't know if was for update penguin..

Most sites on wjunction (adult/warez) will be affected because of their fake visitors.

Organic search results will be the shit now.

I read post in searchengineland site, it looks like there is update. and I don't know why, but my site visitors also decreased from about 2.5k/day to 1.5k/day.. :facepalm:

I've had hit by the update but the impact was very good.
My site climbed up from page 5 to page 3 on SERP.
Glad search engine watch gave a heads up last August regarding the algorithm update this year

my site went from 23k unique users per day to 13k per day.

Damn, I checked my Google Webmaster Tools and the Search Queries Impression Data dropped significantly not long after they started this rollout. Eff that.
