Unfortunately, no. We do not have such targeting.
But we have other options: country; region & city; device; OS; browser; connection type; browser language; carrier; ISP; IP; time & schedule by week; New Subscribers Only (for push traffic only); Subscribers lists (zones for pop traffic); publishers.
