First of all,
I don't know meaning of your domain name, but it's easy to remember, great TLD. So everything about the domain is pretty much fine.
Your template is really, but really slow. Warez sites should be lite and fast, not full of effects with kickass banner resolution.
Favicon is animated, and animated favicons are bad. At least I hate them, it can be maybe because I spend too much time in front of my PC. Or something else, but important thing is that my eyes don't like them. Get a simple favicon.
User legend isn't matching with the sites template, so you might want to remove it, or change it to a better one.
Your footer kinda surprised me, you left copyright from nulled vBulletin you're using, copyright from Exel's template is removed. But yet, you added yours copyright. On a warez forum that's against the law. It's kinda funny, we're supposed to be against copyright.
Title of your site should be changed, at the moment it's: "MV Fendaa (sign) - Powered by vBulletin". Remove that "Powered by vBulletin" from your site title. And add your sites slogan.
Your categories and forums are very bad, you can look at categories from other forums. You'll get idea how should they look like.
