Guys . just a heads up they used to be great but now dropped the ball the past few months constant issue . Do not go with them you have been warned.

1) constant dossed attack
2) constant hardware issue last one the site was down for days 2 usd credit site still down
3) moved me 3 times in the past year no notice for 2 of them
4) Support is OK sometimes fast sometimes days but acceptable
for the most part downtime so much not worth them. when they moved away from india it was great great speeds and now everything down the tube for the past 6 months .

Yeah, support is definitely slow :( But my US VPS still ok (for now) dropping it soon though...

I don't thrust them anymore, never really liked them...
 
Yeah, i had a site with them 2-3 months back and during that period they were hacked and all my database was gone and my site went down for 10 days.

From that day I stopped trusting on cheap hosts like many here, sorry I have to say that.

Uh, too many negatives. But I'm a happy customer of theirs from around 7 months, maintaining 3 VPSs on an average all the time. Never had any troubles with them. I'll continue with them :)
 
may be u are on shared hosting which is usually unstable with most of the hosts. I have thr VPS which is working fine, no downtime in last 2 months (except for once)

What vps/shared plan are you located?

My US vps is still up, haven't had any issues with it since the hack, but who knows :/
 
I use shared hosting with them,in 3 weeks my site was four time down,last time it was down for more than 20+ hours :S i move to knowinservers and one site with knowsrv and i'm happy mow :)
 
I am on servedome. Have two VPS and two sites. My first site have page load about 5-10 seconds and other site is completely down. Servedome is really worst host I ever been. Bad servers and bad support bad speed bad uptime bad everything... Moving soon hope
 
Just wanna say that their USA VPS are awesome, used them for 4 months till I moved to 100tb.com for more power.
 
from my experience i can tell that their shared hosting is so crappy, you may expect downtime of 2-4 hours every couple days, but i have no idea about their vps, it seems a lot of people like it....oh well
