Design looks good the banner sucks for a tutorial site you should set a good example to make a awesome banner
You need a favicon
I looked at a few tutorials and they suck to be hones
Needs alot of work to get good but good luck

-Design is pretty good, clean
-PSD Learner in the logo is too bright/light
-I would plop the icon of a .PSD file in that book or something like that (not necessary)
-Content is good
-You should get a favicon
