Your getting decent traffic surprisingly. Your main goal at this point should be to focus on adding more content.
I would also look into a better favicon, having a logo designed for you here at WJ and changing the entire template because the footer is just too large and the header is too boring.
Other than that, good luck and +1 on zero advertisements!
