Dude its not a warez forum, and i know much about warez, and i had big warez forums some years ago, but thanks anyway
Its just forum about nulled scripts or open source scripts...

I know you can find alot nulled blogs where u can find some crap (backdoored scripts),
and i ' m trying to make better place without spammers (upload tons of files (1-10mb), get them on adf.ly, post on nulled communitys and get money..), sure you can use adf.ly for your files too on my forum, but the script/file or whatever u upload must be checked before. Sometimes when i search for some wp themes, i need about 20 minutes to get it, cuz every 2rd downloaded file is some old version or just outdated crap, if u know what i mean... Anyhow, what you say about the domain name?

You're missing a favicon.
I personally hate big fonts but that's just my opinion. You can reduce the font size.
Your header looks irrelevant to the type of your site. I mean, put some script logos, binary data, php text in the header in graphic format to show that your site is related to scripts and coding.
Hide all forums from guests (don't show them the forums). Instead, make a splash image which should be eye catching and which would lure the user to register on the forum.
This was about the site's view.
You need to give your personal touch to the scripts being posted by making sure they are from trusted sources. Also you need to take care that you are posting them as soon as they are released. Also, try to make a group of coders who can do the work (nulling) of scripts exclusively for your site.
