Cant access signup, gets covered by video page. are most of the videos embedded from xvideos?

After uploading, create the upload all tab and wait for the video to load, it indicates that the host is inactive, the video is not published, it must pass a mod filter or what happens

I misunderstood your question. Yes there is manual check for new user's uploaded video. I have check marked all new registered users as trusted member, so upload from them will be automatically published. I think I have marked you as trusted user.

For me this is how it looks when i click signup button, the signup box (red highlight) is behind the videos. and the other buttons like signup, login, etc in green are greyed out.

I think you are using ad blocker or aggressively using ad blocker from browser. Generally ad blocker break the website.
