Review my site: warezsoul

Hi,
I just came up with a new warez forum, i.e. www.warezsoul.org,
please review my forum and make some suggestions to improve it. please do not go with stats and traffic, as my site has been down for 3 days due to solidnode server and there was no activity in the forum and no submissions to katz...

Seems to be loading veryyy slow, and I have a 1.5mb/s connection.

I really like the layout, its clean, easy to read and the colours go well.

thanx for the review, the backgound might be heavy, thats why its taking too much time to load, i already have reduced the images size to a lot of extent, i cant decrease them further, but try to take some other steps to make it load faster..

the skin is good, but the forumbg image sucks tbh. its just a wallpaper.
a simple gradient or a smaller image that covers just the top half would be more appropriate...
