Edit: if you are talking about path wizard then that reflection is too much you need to fade it more and the icon is ok but that blue does not match the blue on the site

What kind of review is this "improve more" without stating what's wrong?

The logo looks fine and matches the rest of the content.
I just have some aligning suggestions; http://i44.tinypic.com/2ef70uo.jpg if you move it a little bit, it will be same size as Forum home > Member list
Maybe try aligning "better community" text to the right(Starting from W) and see if it looks better.
