I think 500gb for free users is enough for starters. Its quite easy to make €9,99 in one month with 500gb to pay for premium account ;)

anyhow my vote goes to FileServe B-)

Though i must say you probably wont make money entire life with only filesharing <_<
 
Fileserve is easily the best .Hotfile is good.But recently delete files very quickly

Duckload also got good potential .But their Rankings sucks
 
Hotfile is stable

for some reason they are giving some stupid download speed
but i know they can get it fixed asap
 
The problem it's not about file hoster
If you up shit like clones ,fakes games or idiot movies and so on,you'll never have to earn a penny.
Second thing; for starters it's better to move out from warez-bb and katz sites.
too many competition and your files will be deleted in one day (guaranteed especially on warez-bb)

Fileserve => games
Hotfile => apps ebook music
Duckload => games movies HD
Megaupload => video
