Yes but they still don't pay.
I'm a huge fan of RapidShare but they need to reward the users even if it's just with points.
 
i agree with JGM and the action they have taken is awesome

i was there when they were paying i was there when they goes down and am still there when rocks/sux whatever

RS FTW no one can compare RS/FS/SO xD

awesome speed, professionalism and biggest thing downloaders love rapidshare

Confirms again why rapidshare is still among the primary hosts on most big DDL websites.

The point system WAS good, but it wasn't my motivation to upload to them in the past ;)
 
Well past it was rapidshare everywhere when i about to download a movie/album/porn but now its fileserve, filesonic, oron everywhere. Well i liked rs past but now they are epic fail and i dont think any one gotta seriously use it for uploading unless it reward. :D

Good move, they have to make some reforms to satisfy their old/current users. but I wouldn't pay 6 euros a month when the majority of uploaders don't use RS anymore. :))
 
What's file-host rewarding program for uploaders have to do anything with warez anyway?

There are legit stuff that can be uploaded, and downloaded in superhuge amounts....

Like, I made a software, and shared it with the world...??

Legit - uploads. I know lots of you can't even pronounce those 2 in same sentence.
 
I knew the first damn response would be about being paid. If you want to be paid, get a job. Warez is not about making money

They're providing a kickass unlimited service there. So copy+paste your links there or don't. Just stop bitching about getting money off them. Most of you are not uploaders anyway. Your servers do all the work.

i remember when i get my first 10k and trade for one month premium... good times.

All this money/earning is so sad it's unreal.

All you do is leech n reupload it and you expect to get paid for it?
Spare a thought who actually provides you it in the 1st place.
 
I never cared for Rapidshare, I remember buying an account with them and downloading a video game then getting immediately banned.

This was a few years ago, they had sucky limits to, like you could only download 25gb in a week or something to that effect.

Megaupload was always much better imo, I don't get why people love rapidshare so much.
 
With a wait time of 1 hour between downloads, one still needs a premium account to download anything from RS. And if the warez scene is about getting things for free and not money, it doesn't make sense to buy a premium account by paying from my own pockets.

Its not all about the money, I would still be uploading to RS like old times if they kept the points system, enabling me to get premium account for free. I sure as hell not gonna upload to some host which will profit off me and yet not even give me a premium account for free as a token of appreciation.
