rapidleech and ads popup

so it's been a while i seen many rapildeech sites use either cpa getaways which is understandable and the ones who uses popups that won't go away till u click an ad and wait for 10 sec and most of them uses adsense, now i know most of click per cost ad companies do not allow such thing so how those rapidleech sites manage to keep on doing it for months, are they faking the reefer or something?

they will get cought soon i think... maybe that there is a way to fake, but not 100% sure about that.

maybe it works if you put the ads in an iframe on a clean site and then read the iframe on your RL site.
