Hey guys does anybody know what is going with them at the moment? I have asked for a re-rate which was like 2 weeks ago and emailed them since then but still no reply from them :( Is anybody else having similar issues or anything?

They are renowned for not replying to anyone or anything. Nothing you or anyone can do about it. Sometimes you just have to be lucky that the odd time emails are checked your one of the ones checked.
 
OK Mr.H thanks for the information, I am getting really annoyed with the whole thing to the point I might ditch them and go to a different DDL entirely :S

think you would be better luck them reading your email if you title it something like this:
Your server got hacked.
or
i would like to make donation to your site.
 
lol yeah right, its always been like that, they dont care about your emails, site is only up to make sales from those ads.

@ Mr.Killer - I have had patience thus far like I said not heard anything at all about this in 2 weeks at least they could have mailed and see "we are sorry but we are working on some things and we can not look into your request at this time. We will do as soon as we are able to please email us in a week" or something along those lines :S

lol same here, I've been trying to contact'em three months ago but no response, they probably don't check emails. :))

JGM, you should be happy as your site is in whitelist.

Yes true but at least some form of communication would be good just so as people know what is going on.

Well there is that at least true :) I might give them a while longer yet and see what happens. We have started submitting to MechoDDL and are catching up with that so once that is done if I have not heard anything then I will move to possibly Twilight or something I don't know yet.
