when i try to install forum i can't because it shows index of /

It looks like you haven't uploaded all files.

If you are installing phpbb3, download it again from the site, unpack and upload everything via FTP.

If you need help I could help you via TeamViewer

what software are you trying to install?

there is a .zip file uploaded in your root, which you will need to extract in your root folder...

guess thats the issue

The zip was the template only, it's missing the install/ dir ...
