Try to reinstall your server. Hole server goes down or just SSH?

PS: your english is horrible. You'd learn it for little at least...

normally VPS-Providers will get you access to KVM or Rescue-Shell.
try connecting to the KVM and see what's happening.

Debian LAMP isn't that different from Debian minimal or any other instance.
so a "shutdown nor -r" should always trigger a reboot.
perhaps the server hasn't rebootet, because you don't have triggert a reboot, but only a shutdown?

i try all and all go down if i reboot intro putty intro panel reboot work good

Well if you rephrase the OP's problem in proper english then it would be something like this:

Problem: Rebooting Server via Putty.

Hi friends I have a problem which I have been trying to fix. I have been contacting my VPS Host to fix the problem since many days but unfortunately they could not solve the issue.
I bought a VPS Server and installed Debian 6 LAMP and it was all good. Unfortunately I noticed that when I attempted to reboot server via Putty it would just go offline and it wont come back online.
The VPS is working fine with Ubuntu but with Debian its not working.
Kindly help me out.
My VPS Host's Support department was unable to offer me any solution but I know that everything was done properly at my end. I am sure my installation will work fine on any VPS.
I need your help folks.
Thanks!

What are you typing into ssh to reboot your server?

I think you should check your Client area. Your host must be using some VPS control panel, which give you option to reboot, shutdown your vps.

or in putty try "reboot" or "sudo reboot"
