Remember, the speed is dependent on the time of day, the load on file hosts, the internet etc etc ....

I've never said that the speed is constantly as in the screenshot ...it was a shot at a particular time.

At where I live the speeds are high in the daytime (as shown), usually at night the speed drops ... but never to under 4,000KBs (32Mbs+).

With my previous third party host (US$15 per month) I had the same experience.

My description was Real life speed upto 10,000 KBs ....

I would like to meet the first rapidleech host who accomplishes this maximum speed 24 hours a day.

That's why I provide a 24 hour test .... take samples at different times and see if the average is satisfactory.

And if needed, I can extend your test account.

Observe the difference in server times ... over 1,4 Gb transfered in less than a minute.
