Not true. The CPU load depends on the number of concurrent users. And speeds, apart from the port, also depend on the utilization of the CPU.

And use SLIDE tags for your screenshots.
 
Yes we plan to put upto max 10 users if all are RL 3 plans. So, it depends on the plans bought - that no. of users per node will depend on.
