Premade post template in WP

Hi, I need to create a premade post template in wordpress.
Like I am posting a movie, so first the img, then title, then video then download.
Like I can create an html format that will appear up everytime when I create a new post, and I can just add the links and embed code.

Is there any plugin or something for the same?

Install Pods - Custom Content Types and Fields plugin, create a custom post type or use the default posts, then create custom fields according to your needs.
To display the custom fields either edit your theme and use the WP functions to display custom fields values or use Pods Frontier Auto Template.
