Pps which has no extra fee after users buy premium?

i have been using nitroflare for a long time..
they cut 10% when they do payment by bitcoin which is too much and meaningless.
usdt fee is also 5% .. it is like a joke..
from usdt wallet to another wallet , it costs less than 1$.
why i have to pay 5%of my earnings?
anyway, can you guys recommend me any other pps hosts which is better and never cut meaningless fee?
