anyone get ban like this?
You have been banned from pornBB.

Reason: Ban 14 day


its already 14 days gone but Im still banned. Is it pernament ban?

14 day ban doesn't sound like a perma ban to me.
Have you contacted one of the admins / mods there? That should be your first point of contact.

When I click on contact form always get an error Image verification failed.
