i have two domain !
After i use vBulletin 4.1.3 and vbseo 3.6 of 2 forum . I buy shared hosting and run it !
yesterday my site suppendeds because :

Your website is overloading the system resources, the main problem is vbseo who is creating multi thread process and its overload the Ram USAGE.

I do not know the problem is how
Please advise me the best solution?

how many forum modifications are you using?

you could try a vps or even a ds if you have lot of traffic
