Hey,
The red animation at the top is annoying, please remove it. The favicon is totally random, please change it. The + instead of the mouse curose is a stupid idea, I mean what am I on? A dot-to-dot site? There's only one little register button, why isn't there a banner image? Create custom unread/read icons. The background is annoying, you can hardly read any text on latest posts [#1]. The description of the sections are rubbish, re-edit them and try being a little creative, something like "Are you looking for the latest applications? Whether it's new or old, we have them all!". Why do you have an image of the Katz Network? Are you an OFFICIAL partner? I doubt you are, remove it and replace it with the porn or general Katz button. That's all I can suggest for now.
