Hey,

The logo looks like MS Paint work. You need to hire yourself a GFX Artist (Elio, Flash & Dominic are all good). Favicon looks alright, I'd change the register now text to an image. The "arrow" unread/read icons look horrible, change them please (Create custom ones). I don't know what else to say, good luck with your site .

Would look cool if you use red D's in your favicon since your logo has red D's.
