Help urgently

when i import a product i get a database error

Database error in vBulletin 4.0.2:

Invalid SQL:
ALTER TABLE forum ADD
(customimg text not null
);

MySQL Error   : Duplicate column name 'customimg'

MySQL Error : Duplicate column name 'customimg'


you already have that column in your database. You had that product installed before?
