Hiring PHP or ASP programmer

i need a PHP or ASP programmer to make a simple script ( info on PM )

the script can be done in both ways ( preferred ASP )

edit :
the script concerning a DUMP of some DBS ( MS ACCESS )
either on my PC or on the Server

i need it to be in 1 file contain options to add
Host
DBNAME
DBUSER
DBPASS

then it connect and dump

hope i am clear enough
