Perfect internet banking site for unverified Indian users for recieving payment

I recently signed up for a new PayPal account but I recieved a message that I cannot recieve payments unless the account is verified. I don't have a PAN card so it means I can't get my account verified for now!

Are there any other trusted Internet Banking websites that can be used by unverified Indian users like me to recieve payments?

Hello,

As per the old RBI amendment you need to have your PAN card & Bank Account attached to PayPal Account unless until you won't receive payments in India atleast.
