Hello,
I live in Bangladesh. In this country paypal is not supported. I have heard a lot about virtual paypal account. What is it? Also there are many people here who have this virtual paypal account and buying selling everything through this account.

I would like to know every details on virtual paypal account...
1. How can I create it?
2. will it be verified or unverified?
3. Can I request withdraw money from my hotfile, fileserve account to this virtual account?
4. Can I able to buy something by using this virtual account?

Please help, I need a paypal account badly.

VCC's suck IMO. I guess it depends who you purchase it off too. When i was under 18, i had to get an VCC. However, everytime i tried using them, they never worked for me.

Now i'm 18+, it's really not an issue.

1 tip, maybe get in touch with someone who is 18+ and work alongside them in any biz? They have to be trustable though.

Dude, if your country is not supported by Paypal, its best not to create an account. If you create an Indian paypal account, your account will be limited sooner or later when paypal will notice your IP coming from Bangladesh.

If your account gets limited and you have a lot of balance, you will be pulling your hair out. Best is to use a payment processor that supports your country.
 
There's normally a reason why some countries aren't allowed to register at certain sites, and I assume PayPal has their reason(s) :).
