Hello,
My PayPal got limited, and here's what they require:
- Confirm your credit card (Done)
- Proof of Address (Files sent)

So, here's the pics (Phone Bill) I sent them for the address proof:




I removed my name and address on the pics posted here.
Is that enough to get my acc unlimited or do I have to take a pic of my driver license?

Well it costs you nothing to take a pic of the drivers license so do that too... :/

PS. why don't you use [noparse][slide][/slide][/noparse] tags? :((
 
That's should be enough mate, if they request any more information just provide it to them. =]

PS: Few years ago I even took a picture with my camera too and send them the pic, it was all fine ;)

Well paypal its being such a bitch on the last years, if they dont give u the account back, phone them - im sure you will fix this problem via phone thats the best way.
 
You can try moneybookers They are better.
They will also relieve you of the "charge backs" ( in case u sell stuff ).

I cant understand why they closed the account after accepting the documents if they were satisfactory.
I think u should call them via telephone.. Yes it has helped many people.
Plz try to be very very humble.. u need their help.
