I just got hold of something about the fake promise by PayPal. It said some days ago that it doesn't charges for withdrawl to Indian BAnk accounts. It's totally fake. When you see close, it actually pay you less as per the conversion rates. See the proof:

This is the amount I got..

I got almost got Rs 500 less. LOL

while paying INR TO USD is 50rupees :D
and while withdrawing its 48 :D

and Majky71 they earn on their transaction fees!Q!!!
which are quite high for indians anyway
 
That is the way PP/AP or any other payment processor works. What did you expect them to provide you complete free service? :O
 
So this is a known issue. LOL. I just came to know about it. am using it since 5 years but never looked into so deep.

But I must admit, it's easier to withdraw with PP.
 
thats just extra for paypal.. they litterally take a dollar for everything..

You think about it a million transactions go in a hour... so a dollar per transacation.. they sure are getting alot of profit from nothing..
 
You can't say that's a scam.

Yes it's daylight robbery sure, but it's in their terms, they have appalling exchange rates it's true.

Get used to it.
 
This has nothing to do with PayPal nor any e-payment system.

This is just the currency exchange rate, which changes daily. Nothing new.

However it's not always correct, as they make their own rates. But there is nothing "cheating" about.
 
thats not cheating, thats how a profit business is done. If they will send the exchanged money at current market price at Rs.0 charges of transfer, how will they pay their Employees ?
 
Well i am ok with Paypal doesnt matter that they take those transaction fees etc but they are way better than alertpay in terms of Withdrawal As for Indians AP allows on Bank Wire and they charge 15$ Per Transfer where else now PayPal will do the transfer at 0% :D
