Change your ISP, they have traced your IP address and are blocking the accounts.
Else buy a RDP or use Proxies(wont help much).

@^^
I have been using this old paypal account for 1 year and got few dispute but i dont know wht illegal i am doing i called them and told them what i do but they dont want to listen they are just telling me i am causing risk to them.Actaully i got payments around $1000 from my some clients for work i did and on the same day they limited my account and ask me to submit document i done all they asked for but after some day they sent me mail about blocking my account.

Did you ever receive payments as gifts? If you start making a lot of money off those then they will ban you simply because its 1. phishy 2. they dont make money off of it.

and everything on paypal is recorded and they have lots of bots looking for triggers to suspicious activity. They're like big brother for money transfers. I have a moneybookers account as well and never had a problem, but then again barely anyone has a moneybookers account.

I run a wifi system that uses paypal and you would be suprised how often somthing like this happens to people in that buisness. they have always unblocked the account but it takes them a while to do it. I have since moved to autherized.net and have had no problems.

Paypal is nothing but trouble these days. They simply block account on their whims without any good reasons. Unfortunately, paypal has become a standard of sort and there's no getting away from it if you looking to do business online.
