[Paying] help needed regarding vBulletin some errors

hey hi guys, i don't know what happen to my site suddenly it started giving me error

Database error in vBulletin 3.8.3:

Invalid SQL:

SELECT info_hash, `attachment`.size,comment,created_by,announce_list,completed_by, completed, seeders, leechers, upspeed, downspeed, dateline, thumbnail_dateline, filename, filesize, visible, attachmentid, counter,

i think i have to upgrade it now because we use pirated,

so , need to know
if we can shift the DB to phpbb or we will have to buy VB license

note: we will see the work etc... and pay you but don't worry we will pay you

And is it necessary to have a VB license?

Can you goto phpmyadmin, and under SQL, try Quering this:
