I've just came off the phone talking to some agent at ovh.co.uk

And they've listed to me that people may resell the server's to anyone outside there selling zone. it will not get you're services took off.

So you can resell them to anyone you like as it's you're server. that's what the guy told me.

yes you can resell it but you can't earn :D they charge to much ,setup fee, os ...
