opensource webhosting control panels

Whats the best webhosting control panel [considering security] ?
OS - Ubuntu 8.0.4 or above.

lxAdmin aka Kloxo is opensource as I know. And it is supported more and more by all billing systems. Most of VPS/dedicated will offer you that one as free option, but you need CentOS than and not Ubuntu. For Ubuntu I think ISPConfig is the only one that is really good. But again, if you wish to take Kloxo, you will need CentOS/RedHat
