we had a downtime just once 5 or 6 weeks age
i dnt know why people cant let me have a clean thread by posting wrong here
@ moderator plz remove the above comment as we had no downtime recently and that guy is just posting to scam the thread

I'm guessing he suspended you cause you made a downtime report about his web hosting as a provider myself I would've took that has a feature suggestion which needs improvement on.

@Hosting
You should also state you're using a nulled version of WHMCS. As the rules of changed hosting providers must state in first post they're using a nulled WHMCS if they're using a legit WHMCS they don't have to state it.
 
How did he lie to you ?

If he paid that gives you no apparent reason to suspend his site. At least un-suspend it so he can grab his backup

Yes he will be allowed to take backups

and posting here that we have downtime everyday is a lie as we had downtime just once in history

That does not give you a right to suspend his account. You are basically just giving him more reasons to hate about your hosting. You are pretty much giving him more downtime then there actually is.
